Elder Freeman Dickie

Elder Freeman Dickie was named an Area Seventy and a member of the Third Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the April 2025 general conference.

Elder Dickie has served in numerous Church callings, including full-time missionary in the Kenya Nairobi Mission, Sunday School teacher, counselor in a bishopric, stake Young Men president, district executive secretary, high councilor, counselor in a district presidency, and president of the Beira Mozambique Stake.

He received a Master of Science degree from the Netherlands Maritime University in 2011 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Catholic University of Mozambique in 2018. Elder Dickie has worked as commercial manager for ICVL Mozambique, general manager for BiqInvest SARL, supply chain manager for Rio Tinto Mozambique, and container terminal manager for CDN – Nacala Port. He is the founder and CEO of Samanyanga Supply Chain & Logistics and Master Class Mozambique. He currently works as the Field Relations Manager for FamilySearch International.

Freeman Dickie was born in Mozambique on January 20, 1983. He married Sukoluhle Maturure Dickie. They are the parents of four children. Elder and Sister Dickie reside in Beira, Mozambique.
