Elder Albert Mutariswa

Elder Albert Mutariswa was named an Area Seventy and a member of the Third Quorum of the Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the April 2024 general conference.

Elder Mutariswa has served in a number of Church callings, including bishop, stake president, counselor to Mission President, and president of the Nigeria Enugu Mission.

Elder Mutariswa received a Diploma and associate degree in electrical engineering from Harare Polytechnic in 1994 and 2002. He earned a certificate in Commercial Fundamentals from Brigham Young University–Idaho in 2023, and a BYU PathwayConnect certificate in 2023.

He is currently studying for a Bachelors Degree in Applied Business Management with Brigham Young University. He has worked as a military officer in the Zimbabwe National Army, a Receiving and Warehouse manager for Innscor, and a distributor for Forever Living Products. Since 2023 he has worked in property management.

Albert Mutariswa was born in Bindura, Zimbabwe, on June 15, 1965. He married Melion Muza in 1989. They are the parents of four children. Elder and Sister Mutariswa reside in Harare, Zimbabwe.
